I wana go to a concert!!

Hey guys! We meet again! Told ya I'll be updating a little more frequently aight? So today (actually yesterday), the plan was to go for Yuna's Homecoming Tour. I've been planning to go for this for ages! But...in the end, I decided to go and help out for the children's camp. It was worth it but I still wish I had gone to the concert. I'm quite a fan of Yuna's and I love going to concerts but when there's a concert going on in Kuching, I can't go. But I've been checking out concerts. Swedish House Mafia is going to do their last tour in KL on 18th Jan and there's gona be Future Music Festival going on in March. I'd like to go for both. Hopefully that can come true! Gotta see how much it costs before I can actually decided anything. But based on the acts, I'm more inclined to SHM cos the only act for the festival that I like is The Temper Trap. A band that I truly like. As for A Night Of Trance, Armin's gona be the main act. Not such a big fan of his though.


Anyway, I've got a new skirt that my sister bought for me on her recent trip to KL. I must say, I'm such a sucker for paisley prints...I mean, who isn't?? And also, I'm sporting side-swept hair and still in love with my red lipstick!

This is not what I wore today. I wore something else but can't seem to upload the pics. I wore this outfit sometime last week. I notice that I keep wearing this necklace eversince I found it again. I haven't worn these in ages! It's refreshing to use it again. And here, I'm sporting red nails and red lips. I bought the red nail polish a few weeks ago on impulse. I really wanted to buy something that I didn't need but didn't want to regret it and end up broke. So, I bought nail polish at Sasa at tHe Spring. It cost me about RM6.90 if I'm not mistaken. The brand is called Eleanor. I love the brush and texture of this nail polish! Probably the best I've ever used. It dries out fast but not so fast to the point it hardens the brush. It's just nice. I highly recommend!

Clothes, Shoes & The What-nots.

Lots of ideas in my mind. Tonnes of them but I can't do. It's just so hard to maintain a hobby while studying. Why didn't I start doing fashion when I was young? My parents would definitely invest on sending me to a design school. Unfortunately it was discovered quite late. Then again, it's cool to be a full time Engineering student and a part time fashion enthusiaste. Like Chris Martin of Coldplay who continued his studies while making his music.


My favourite designer of all time is definitely Anna Sui. Her collections are just beautiful! She's into rock music too. No wonder her designs has that rock chic thing going on. Absolutely love it!

Looks familiar doesn't it? Got inspired by Anna Sui and decided to wear something like it for my cousin's wedding.


I was looking through CLEO October 2008 magazine yesterday and saw alot of styles that I was thinking bout appearing in the magazine and I was like "Woot!". Takkan lah so chun..... I was thinking of black and white and there were lots of black and white numbers featured in it. And I was thinking of hats and there's hats too! I suppose I can predict the trend. lol. But not nice lah like that....Then I won't be so unique nemore. Darn. I was thinking of.....brightly coloured pink long tube shirt worn over a white sleeveless paired with yellow tights and a black belt. Black high-cut Converse and.......top it off with a Fedora. =) Don't forget white-rimmed shades too. Haven't realy tried though. Meh. I doubt it if you all understand what I'm talking bout. I really have this urge to cut my prom dress and make it shorter. Haha. So it becomes a shirt.


I really wana take up dress making lessons during my hols. I really wana make my own dress. Who knows? I may make it to my dream of being a fashion designer. For now...... damn it Christine, start studying!!


I'm loving shoes by Nine West too but it's way out of my budget. I'll just dream...

Choice Model

My favourite model of all time has to be Agyness Deyn. She's so cool! She has this interesting face that I like and has the punk rock look. Recently, she's been featured in lots of magazines and if I'm not mistaken, she did the ad for Burberry's The Beat perfume.

Yes, I wana be like her. I've always thought that rock chicks aren't made for modelling but she proved it wrong. She's definitely not the stereotypical girl that you'll see. She's different from every other model. I like the fact that she has a little bit of a boyish look but at the same time, very pretty. There's no wonder why I like pretty boys. (Boys that potentially look like girls.) =P
Ah well, Agyness is definitely one that I would like to use as an example.



I can't wait for the very first Drama Club meeting on Tuesday. I am really excited for it! Really am! I'm definitely dying to try out a different art form. Well, I know and you know that I hate watching musicals. But you know what? I've always wanted to do one. Hehe. Unknown facts about myself eh? I know watching it is boring but to actually be in a musical, it's fun! That's one of the things that I've always wanted to do. A musical. And I really hope that through this Drama Club, I'll get a chance to be in one. Hopefully. To dance and sing and act. That's 3-in-1. Who knows, I might be a good actress. It's gonna be worth trying. Ah.....I love my 7 months holiday. Of course I spent most of it lazing around cos I know I won't have the chance to do it again but towards the end of it, I did things that I never thought that I would do. It's one of the benefits of not having a boyfriend, I realize. No one to pull you down!
