Borneo Headhuntress

After having a little vacation and fun at KL, I had more inspiration and decided that I will make more effort to dress up when going to campus. Few weeks ago, right after I got back, I was wearing what I bought to campus and my friends were astonished at me dressing up. Why is it that guys always think that girls dress up to impress guys? I definitely dress up for my own satisfaction and I would like other girls to envy me. Let's face it girls, we all do feel that way. I mean, don't you feel that itch to wear that lovely dress/shirt/skirt IMMEDIATELY after you bought them and you just want to show the world how lovely it is? Yes boys, that is the adrenaline, the ecstasy, the 'high' we feel in dressing up. Understand or not, that is just how it is.

When my friends saw this outfit they immediately blurted out "headhunter!!". I don't blame them since one, it looks very tribal and two, I am a quarter Iban. Ibans are quite well known for being headhunters. Anyway, I feel awesome to be one of the few people to be sporting this trend in Kuching. The Aztec printed skirt. It was so cheap but the catch was that I can't try it on. And I love the flatform espadrilles. Shopping in BB Plaza is kind to your wallet. You can buy so many things under RM100. Money well spent, I must say. And check out my hair! It decided that it is going to be big and messy today but I love the way it looks. That's why I love my hair. It has a mind of its own.

Oh, and by the way, do follow me on instagram! @chris_scribbles I just loveee this app!
